Inspiration for my idea/research/consoltation of existing texts

I got inspiration for my idea from various different psychological thrillers such as the Sixth Sense, The Blair Witch Project and The Orphanage.

I liked the idea of a small child being the ghost as children are ascociated with innocence which adds to the creepiness. I also liked the idea of it being a small boy witnessing the event as if he recolects the event, adults will not necessary take his word that it happened. This happens in the Sixth Sense when the boy can see dead people but no one around him really listens to what he says. The children in The Orphanage were very creepy which encouraged me to pursue the idea of creepy children while in The Blair Witch Project I liked the way you never saw the witch which inspired me to only have breif shots of the creepy child.
